Okay, after reading through this story, I couldn't find the name of this guy. It's sad because the story was pretty cool and had some nice art.

Vis fights a male version of X-Men's Storm. He's French. He uses the weather to tear down rival vineyards of the wine company he's working on. Vis steals his powers, which I haven't seen an Omega Harbinger do before.

Filler issue. I'd give it a 3 if the bad guy was named.

2/5

My only question is why is the visitor playing in yellow snow? Didn't his mama ever teach him any better.

Monsieur LaFitte is good enough for me as a name. So I'll give it a 3 :D . A strong 3 even. I thought it was a nice touch (maybe too preachy, but never mind) to mention the temptation for a Harbinger to go bad and how empty he felt when he was stripped of his power. In Harbinger 3 there is a bit of the same theme with Ax being popped and the kids discussing if he should be un-popped. How was LaFitte popped btw? Seems that question was dodged.
