Who do you think is the stupidest, worst, or most annoying character in the entire Valiant Universe?

I'm gonna go with Sin Buster from Jurgens' Solar

. Too many nonsensical lines.

i actually kinda enjoyed uzi the clown. more than some characters, like almost every bad guy towards the end.

Jurgens was probably thinking that VALIANT must have been really desperate if they were going to pay him to write crap like that for the privilege of using his name to increase sales.

At first, he was a cool, creepy villain.
