Shadow_wolfs valiant story.
Well after lurking for a while and reading every ones story I decided what the heck, why not tell my story. Anywho I was a bit of a late comer to the valiant scene, my first introduction to valiants came in the form of back issues I got in a collection I bought about six years ago, at the time I had never heard of valiant but the covers looked pretty cool so I decided to start reading some and I was hooked. Ever since I've been snatching up any Valiant book I could find at my LCS or other shops I visited, a few years ago I was digging through the quarter bin at my LCS when I came across what is now the rarest book in my collection a copy of Bloodshot #0 Platinum edition.
And there ya have it my lame little valiant story, hope you enjoyed it.
Oh and on a completely different note, how the heck is Slym a mod?

Have you "announced" this copy of Platinum before,
or is it a new one to add to the list of known copies?
Just wondering...
Seems more and more copies are surfacing....![]()
Welcome to the boards BTW.

No wonder I've never seen one.

They were printed in Sparta, Illinois...ThrillKillWill wrote:I think this has been mentioned to be quite common in the KS area. Am I mistaken, Greg? I thought you had a list on some thread on where these have been "pulled" out of LCS bargain bins.
Nice to hear from ya Wolf.
and it has been confirmed that they've shown up
directly related to Sparta, and in a couple comic shops
along Interstate 70... which goes through St. Louis,
Kansas City, and Topeka.
Perhaps that's our target area for searching.

Darn, that's about six hours from me. Maybe one of these times when I'm on vacation and driving through that area, I'll hit some of the shops arond there.
