I would love to see some more VALIANT Vision. I loved it when the Starter Kit was released. It was such great system.

Plus, Action Comics just did a 3-D issue with the classic, color distorting system, which shows that 3-D comics still have an appeal, so I think that new VALIANT Vision comics would be really great.

Uggh no. A gimmick, nothing more. Storytelling should come from good writing and good art, with a gimmick it is a case of possibly trying to fit the story to the gimmick - not a good idea in my humble view.

Please no gimmicks. Just like I don't care for variants, i also don't like gimmick books. Director's cuts, blood red ink, 3D, etc. are just so '90s.

I would say no. Although the effect was very cool, it gave me a slight headache after 10 miutes of reading or so. The effect worked on a variety of comics, but the more "phantastic" the colour scheme, the better. X-Men worked, but it wasn't worth it. Now Spawn, back in those days? GREAT to read with VV on. (It's also a good thing that Spawn was no more than a 5-minute read, at best - no headache!)

I voted "no". While I thought it was decent the first time I read a VALIANT Vision, the novelty wore off fast and the books look crappy without the glasses imo.

I voted Maybe... with Ice Cream..

I think that if the right occasion came up and the the process was refined a bit then I wouldn't mind 1 or 2 books in a 5 year time line....

.. and it better come with a free gift certificate for a Dairy Queen cone :thumb:

I voted no, because I wear glasses and it's a major pain to bother with 3D glasses over my normal glasses also the effect always gave me a migraine headache.

Heh

What can I say, I loved VALIANT Vision and still do. I thought it was an extremely innovative idea that really enhanced the reading experience for me.
