Can't find time to read some comics
So I just got a few comics form the 'bay... (well actually on Sat.) and I haven't been able to read them yet. (about 12 Astro City books and Top 10 #1-12, and one of my Limited Collectors Editions [Flash v. Supes race]) but before I read them I wanted to finish the EW run I started but.....
I can't seem to find time to read them.
Listen, I love my wife, I love my children, I even strongly like / love my job, ...... but I can't seem to find anytime to sit down and read a few comic books.
I mean I just wanna lay in bed read about 6 comics in a row.
ya know?
(ranting while doing detention duty afterschool, again.)

perhaps for detention next time, the students should all have to read the Unity saga and each write like a diary kind of thing from a different character's point of view... which, of course, enable you to sit there and read your comics too.

now I knida wish I was an english teacher....... um....... no, I don't.

Do this, dont post nor read this site till ya read the comics.
That will help you out in that you get to read them and it'll help me out in the I might gain on ya a little.
here is the thing...... reading a comic book is something that I can't do laying on the couch with my kids..... while I can use my laptop.
And...... shuuush..... while doing "school work"...... I can slip away and well post a bit......
and I've been know to post a bit while at school.
But I do here what your saying Mr. Putz.

You're in detention again - crikey, you gotta get back in line, stopping breaking those rules, and set a good example.Elveen wrote:So I just got a few comics form the 'bay... I'm guilty of having a BUNCH of valiants that i've not read yet. I know...i just need to make the time and do it. ...I think it'll probably happen during a vacation time. Wouldn't that be wonderful...to have like a week of nothing to do but read comics. I think i could knock out a most of VH1 in that time.

Which ones haven't you read? The later issues?? Not something important like Solar 1-10 right?Rufusharley wrote:I'm guilty of having a BUNCH of valiants that i've not read yet. Ugh, you definitely picked the wrong Acclaim series to start reading. Don't let that sour you on some of the good books they put out, cause they're not as bad as NIO.slym2none wrote:Heh - I finally started reading my NIO issues... I am through #2, don't know if I even want to finish this. It's VERY cliche.....

Eh, I just wanted to see what Joe St. Pierre did with the concept. Turns out, it is WAYYY far away from what Rai was. The biggest connection is the rising-sun "dots" on the body.Daniel Jackson wrote:Ugh, you definitely picked the wrong Acclaim series to start reading. Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I severed that small connection before reading the comics...Zero wrote:Thought you liked Rai?slym2none wrote:Heh - I finally started reading my NIO issues... I am through #2, don't know if I even want to finish this. It's VERY cliche.....
