i need a little help
has anyone been in contact with a user named "betterthanezra"? i purchased a t-shirt from him about 2 months ago. no sign of the shirt. ive been in contact with him and every pm its the same "the shirt will leave tom.", "my wife was supposed to mail it", "etc", "etc".
has anyone heard from him? i understand that he had an accident recently, but i think that 2+ months is plenty of time to drop a package in the mail.
any info (or opinions) would be appreciated.

Well, you can always take it up with ebay. If you paid using a credit card (even through Paypal), you can take it up with them too. As a last resort, there's always www.fraud.com 2 months is not a reasonable amount of time to be kept waiting, under any circumstances. I recently had a seller apologize for waiting three weeks to ship a DVD because her poor son is dying. What could this guy's excuse possibly be?

Oh. Didn't realize you met him through the board.
You can still use www.fraud.com as a last resort on this one.
It'd be nice if another user could verify the guy's credibilty though.

Justin for some reason the PM I was trying to send you isn't connecting.
So I'll do this here.
The item in question was mailed out and you can track it from the USPS website. The item number is #0303430000238833960
Sorry for the lateness I shouldn't use the accident as an excuse I let other things get in the way of sending this to you and I'm sorry.
Enjoy the shirt.
