MOST LIKELY Valiant character to get a movie

Post by Shakespeare »

I'm not talking about what you most want to see, but what do you think will be most likely.

I'm guessing:

1) Shadowman (VH2)
2) Archer and Armstrong
3) X-O (depending on how Iron Man does)

Well, since Magnus already had a movie (called 'I, Robot')... :hm:

Harbinger is currently on TV called "Heroes"...
but there could be a Heroes movie later. :D

Shadowman was a movie last year with Steven Seagal. (I'm not kidding)
If Valiant's Shadowman gets a movie, they may have to call it something else.

The Matrix had lots of Valiant-related elements in it...

How about Eternal Warrior? It's been a while since there was a good Highlander flick... :thumb:

I think Turok because of the upcoming video game and the broad audience that this movie would appeal to. Dinosaurs seem to do good in the box office when done well.

Hmm... good point.

Valiant may not include Turok in the future, though, since it is such a "stand alone" product.

Hopefully, Magnus & Solar can get back in there, though. :hope:

An Iron Man movie is in the works, so I think an X-O movie would look to much like a copycat right now. Greg's right about irobot, so no Magnus either. Shadowman would seem to be the most likely candidate to me. I would also like to see them incorporate the best part of the Valiant and Acclaim versions in the film.

A Rai movie would be awesome as well. We've finally reached the time where the CGI effects would do justice to the future Japan.

Ooooh, another good point.

A Rai movie with Jet Li (or equivalent actor/martial artist) could be outstanding! :thumb:
Perhaps the taller guy who starred in House of Flying Daggers... :hm:

I think Jet Li would make a great Rai, but didn't they bill the last Jet Li movie as his last martial arts film?

Use the guy on the right as Rai. (Takeshi Kaneshiro)
The guy on the left could be the head of an anti-grannies group... (Andy Lau)
The actress could be Kayuzo. (Ziyi Zhang)

Funny thing is the version of Dr. Mirage Acclaim had in mind would probably make a better script.
