Interesting...

One says "Dear Retailer... enjoy these copies",
the other says "Dear Retailer... enjoy this copy".

That probably explains it. Cool stuff! :)

Also one talks about a valiant survey and says thank you for your participation. The other just says thanks for supporting valiant. Do we know how people got these books?
