Kiss my A$$ Ebay t-shirt for auction

Post by Philflound »

In protest of the Ebay store fee hike, I've decided to sell this t-shirt. My wife and made this over the past few days. It is hand painted from scratch. For those of you disgruntled sellers like me, feel free to pass this auction around on different sites and blogs. I'll be closing my store by early September. I've already opened another site on Ioffer.com and Wagglepop.com. Wagglepop will be growing soon enough, and with $9.95 a month with unlimited listings in any format, they will grow. Anyway, here is the link. For legal purposes, I changed a couple of things, and avoided using keyword spams to not get my item pulled. Thanks for your support.

Thanks Slym. I moved all my valiant comics over to IOffer and any future ones I'd like to sell will be listed there as well as Wagglepop eventually. Wagglepop is working on an import program. I don't know if that will allow us to import from Ebay or from Turbo Lister. That is part of the reason I'm holding off on closing my store sooner. I have 31 people watching it too. If you don't want to bid, at least put it on the watch list. Thanks. :)

I also do not like to purchase stuff on eBay much, but it seems like a necessary evil, as there is no other option that is as large.

I am mulling over some purchases, but it always seems a little sketchy.

Geez, now I'm not sure if it's a good idea for me to get an Ebay account now. Do you people now anything about Yahoo auctions, Bidville, and others, maybe?

You should join me on Listia (an Ebay alternative site that uses credits system instead of $$$) to get some cool free stuff plus a special bonus gift here: http://listia.com/signup/757766

That's pretty funny, seems like eBay is getting pretty greedy.

You need to make a FeeBay variant. :P

I didn't want to use Feebay because I didn't want to be a copycat. What I"m doing is original. But I have other plans in the works too. I'm in the process of creating my own trading card. This will be something really good and once done, I"m presenting it to other Ebay store owners who are closing or downsizing who want in on the action and make cards for themselves.

My wife said that if this shirt sells outrageously high, like $200, she'd make a 2nd one for free for the winner that says EBAY and not PAYBAY. Since this is a gift, Ebay couldn't complain. In fact, I may post it on Quicktopic.com. If anyone wants to do auctions or post auctions against Ebay, I've started a topic there. Just type Fee Hike in the subject and you'll find it I hope.

BTW: $20.50 with 34 watchers at only 26 hours into the auction. :)

A little over a day left, $27 high bidder, and 62 people watching. My next protest auction may leave a few people scarred, so look at it at your own risk. It should be up and running by Friday. I'm waiting for my shirt to end first.

You must receive permission before printing that picture of me on a t-shirt. You know the one, and if you don't, jedi will be glad to post it again.
