Didn't die for me! I still pick up Image Incentives cheap when I can... I think I've gotten several more since I updated - including several htf Maxx books.

I picked up the 1963 Alan Moore # 1 platinum.
This was not an actual Image incentive, more a book put together by a retailer for profit.
Essentially another cardstock cover added to the original, signed and numbers ( cant remeber how many, but 100's as apose to 1,000's.
So what i though was awful when it came out is good to add to my nonsense on the cheap.
Pics to follow.

Draco-If you find anymore of the 1963 variants, I'd love a set (no matter how lame)

IMJ-Please define HTF Maxx books. Johnny needs some #3 ashcans BAD.

There were two variants for 1963 #1.
A gold and a Platinum.
The print runs im sketchy on right now, but im pretty sure the Gold was around 100+ or so
and the Platinum lower, maybe 50ish.

Will check start of next week.
I was gonna put a pic up of the Plat, but now i cant find it

I think there were 200 made of one, and 500 of the other. But I've been wrong before. Once. It was 1972.
