Thanks!!

My hope is to be able to pass the ASM and Invincible runs down to my son one day down the line. With the shaky economy though.... who knows.

I went to my LCS today and got the following:

Shaman's Tears 0-12 NM, all bagged/boarded: $6.00

Coyote #6 - $2.50 (1st appearance of X-Caliber)

I know that neither series are particularly valuable, but the Shaman's Tears run is something i've wanted to complete and read for years now, and the Coyote #6 is also something i've wanted to read since learning of the appearance after the awesome X-O Manowar #3 :)

Good deal on the Shaman's Tears, but whoever priced that copy of Coyote #6 at $2.50 should have been kicked in the *SQUEE*.

Scored a Bloodshot #50 for a buck today. :D

Now I have to go back to the shop and picked up some of the Acclaim EW books I passed up. :!:

If they have the Immortal Enemy book for a buck that is a steal.

Congrats of the BS #50.

Yep

I’m not up on the Acclaim prices so I didn’t know what to grab. I saw enough Acclaims to warrant another trip maybe next week but the shop is two hrs away. I was visiting with family and just happened across the shop.

Be careful with Acclaims if you are looking to flip. Make sure you know the variants. Don't bother with the painted #1 variants..... just look for the rare variants.

I've found alot in the past. The rare variants, you can flip. The extra regular issues that I had, I ended up having to give away...... even the hard to find Eternal Warrior books. Most Acclaims are hard to find, but no one wants them. I plan to read them (re-read some) and see if they are worth keeping. I've got a feeling I'm just going to have to give them away or throw them out.

I’m more of a collector and I usually give comics away before sell them.

As far as the Acclaim books, I’ve only had a mild curiosity and no real drive to collect them. When I do go back to the shop it will be for my collection.

Thanks for the advice. The shop maybe had 20 different Acclaims all priced at a dollar--that's about what Greg has them listed for anyway. Still, I may grab the lot just to have them...

Found a reputable seller on eBay selling the Solar Alpha And Omega TPB in VFNM on eBay for 1.99 plus 4.00 shipping.
I actually still need to read that, so I'm greatly looking forward to receiving it and doing so.
