Don Perlin is sick - PLEASE send emails to him!!!

I have spoken to Don since his return home, sorry for not posting about it before now. Not wanting to worry anyone but Don had a couple of precarious moments and I would say 'it was close' at times so let us all say a prayer of thanks that Don is now home, comfortable and out of harms way.
Don did have his knee replaced and afterwards had a mysterious reaction to something that still has not been nailed down but it was NOT good and there was some serious monitoring of his situation. I tell you guys, I have never been more worried than I had been during his hospital stay and talking with him in the hospital... he sounded very rough. But to hear his voice when I called him at his home to say... "Hey there Sergeant." and sounding MUCH better was a great early Christmas present from above.
So lets give a big thanks to the Jumpmaster in the Sky for keeping one of the greats among us and to Don.... Welcome home, my friend.

did we crash his mailbox?
lol...i'm glad he's home and turned the corner.
my grandfather has had both knees replaced and they were very, very hard on him.
but now he's all over the place...i'm sure don will find the trouble and pain well worth it once he's able to do stuff he hasn't been able to do in years.
maybe he can start doing cons again...i would LOVE the chance to meet him in person.
