With SDCC starting today, I'm really hoping you're alluding to some Bloodshot movie news/announcement that we're finally going to hear (or SEE?) this week.

Sometimes I'm in the know, sometimes I'm in the dark, right now dark. But, seems to be a good guess. SDCC is perfect for it. Timing-wise perfect. I just watched the teasers/trailers revealed at SDCC last year for Suicide Squad being released in a few weeks. If Bloodshot would be projected at Christmas, 2017, and Valiant popped up very recently announcing a presence at SDCC, this would be my shot in the dark guess. Dinesh has professed an interest in keeping things close to the vest, so the reveal generates as much excitement as possible. So in this case, we might know nothing until everyone knows. I'd bet on movie news though. I do sincerely hope that if those two were cast, that they're going along with some actors with real acting chops. There's a big difference between an up and coming actor that we don't know about, and these two, who are close to known quantities. For example, everyone in inner circles was talking about Jessica Chastain before she was in a thing. Given all of the thumbs ups from top directors and actors, she almost had to be good. These would likely be "B"s, though I will say I suppose they could surprise. They haven't had big opportunities. Morrison stood out to me as the one with true charisma that was underutilized the same time CM Punk got his opportunity to show his stuff. But rasslin' is rasslin'. The only "good" actor in the bunch imo is The Rock. Hogan, Zeus, Jesse Ventura, John Cena, Steve Austin, Roddy Piper, Kevin Nash, all got their chances...they're wrestlers, not actors.
