New To Valiant!

New To Valiant!
I'm new to Valiant... I grew up reading mostly Marvel and Batman and was 10 when the first Valiant conics were released. I remember seeing Valiant comics listed in Wizard magazine and wanting to read them all... Harbinger and Shadowman were always the ones I liked the look of the most but as a teenager, without a LCS to go to, or money to spend i just never had a chance.
As an adult I never really lost that curiosity but I had found X-Men as my main collecting focus early on and after a few years completed the set. Collecting sets such as X-Men is not cheap and despite seeing a number of Valiant books, mostly Bloodshot and Turok, going cheap In shops I never really took the plunge.
Anyway, long story shot, I recently felt the urge to see what Valiant was really about and brought a few books from sets such as Harbinger, X-O and Solar and absolutely loved them.
I have since brought a bunch more and started looking at key books to the aim of collecting pre-unity Valiant. Today is a landmark day and i recieved my first ever slabbed valiant book in the form or Shadowman #1 and I am literally over the moon. I have a few others in the post but this is one i have wanted to own for a while and I am now even more excited about owning the others.

Just not Valiant... I currently have well over 100 slabs and owned and AF15 3.0 in the past that I upsettingly had to sell.Having said that though I am feeling the slope coming upon me as I have a Harbinger #1 (CGC 9.6), X-O #1 (9.8) and Rai #0 (9.8) on their way
