Wasn't this due to come out today?
I don't see it listed at InStockTrades.com
CheapGraphicNovels has it listed but says 'Out of Stock', I'd think if it were coming in it would say 'Coming Soon'

ARGH!!!

Anyone know?

Comiclist shows it's release date as TBD. The Deluxe Editions are almost always at least 3-4 weeks late.

So, how does the Armor Hunters Deluxe fit in with the XO Deluxe series?

Is it going to be the de facto volume 3? Or will volume 3 start with XO 23?

I don't think the Harbinger Wars HC can be used as precedence, mainly due to the number of issues being included. The AH book has 7 XO issues, which is just one less that showed up in XO volume 2. If XO 3 starts with #23, then it would likely include #23-33...meaning only four non duplicated issues.

I'm just trying to make informed decisions in my purchasing...

Yes your assumption is correct; The Armor Hunters DLX picks up where the X-O DLX vol2 ends. The Armor Hunter DLX starts with prelude to armor hunters which is X-O #23

based on how the Armor Hunters DLX is put together I would assume that they are trying to avoid double printing material as what happened with Harbinger Wars DLX.

The X-O DLX vol2 also includes Unity 1-4 which makes sense in order to have that complete story arc. I also think a Unity DLX in the future would exclude issues #1-4 and #8-11 as those would be incomplete story arcs from a stand-alone point of view.
