I'm curious if anyone has sold theirs from Round #1.

Peter Stern had to chase them down Peter Cuneo for his signature...it took us months to acquire this.

Those gotta be the holy grail of HW#1.

Same here, I have one of those! :)

While this is a great book that may heat up once the movies start appearing, they're not hard to find on Ebay.

I just bought a NM #1 regular edition signed by Dysart for $7.00 at one of my LCS. I really don't care about signed comics and would have bought an unsigned #1 if he had one.

I have an extra Harbinger Wars clock somewhere. I thought that was a cool gimmick, and they were cheap for a time. I almost bought a few more, but I hesitated. I'll hold mine for now, but I think it might also be a grail HW item.

I don't have a lot of experience with Midtown but here's one thing I've noticed:

If the book is less than a few months old (still shelf stock), they don't advertise it with a condition.

But if it's passed that point, they do sort by grade and have different prices for NM, VF, etc. I've been pretty happy with anything they sold as NM. 9.8 across the board? Meh, maybe not. But still NM.
