Running a Mini Moon Knight Message Board

Hey,
I was offered moderator dutys over at the Moon Knight message board. I gladly took it up, and gave it a visual overhall. Any Moon Knight fans should post Moon Knight questions and related stuff there! I'm trying to make sure there is enough traffic flowing to it!

Its a small mini board, which is part of the Second String Santuary, a collection of mini boards devoted to lesser known characters from many different companys.

On a related note, I started Modifiying the Visual Layout of My Moon Knight site. As well as adding a rediculous amount of info to the comics list. If you ever go there, tell me what you think of the changes. P.S. It will take a little while for the new layout to be applied to all the sub-pages. The most important ones already have it though. Now if it wern't for those Damn Tripod Embedded adds at the top. They REALLY ruin a layout. Sheesh.

Moon Knight...ain't all that bad, but come on, he's a 3rd tier hero at best

I am a big fan of the early 80's run of Moon Knight with Bill Sienkiewicz. I also thought the concept of an almost schizophrenic superhero was a pretty cool idea and the idea that the people that were close to him seemed to have a preference for one of his personalities over the other (Marlena always calling him Steven for the playboy Steven Grant persona, while Frenchie always calling him Marc, the mercenary and his "real" ID as far as I was concerned). There was something of a Batman rip with the character but not really so much that I couldn't enjoy the character on his own merits.

If you don't care for Moon Knight, why did you read this thread? I don't care if you dislike him, but rather that you need to post anything negative here. The title was pretty clear that this was for people interested in moon knight.

At that, its pure Hypocracy, mainly because Valiant receives alot of the same criticism that "3rd tier" heroes (as you put it) do. This is a community for people devoted to things they are passionate about, despite the general publics uninterest in it. Just because online message boards allow people to act uncouthly with no fear of reputational damage, doesn't mean people have to. This thread was made for people who are interested in Moon Knight.

Oh, don't bother to respond, Your the only person on this board whos given me a reason to excersize my right to ignore.

I know myself, im expecting big things from Moon Knight this time around from Marvel, and im excited to see what they do, i was kind of pi$$ed, my LCS's Marvel Team up books were all damaged from shipping, I still need to pick one up, got the Ult Spidey though, things will be more clear next issue
