Is it obvious or what? Otherwise I think your picture is too small to really see anything.

i'd say it pretty obvious...and the pic is bigger, maybe that will help...you can still tell from the smaller one, you just gotta figure out what's wrong...once you see it, it sticks out like a sore thumb...

The only thing that looks kinda odd to me are his feet. They look like he put his shoes on the wrong feet.

Yeah! Looks like the mid 90's all over again. And lower grade Image mid 90's at that.

What did I win? The Turok?

That cover is crap. Isn't the character a man in an iron suit and not a huge monster looking thing?

I can cover for daydreamscomics if he can't afford to send you the prize. I have a pretty rare Turok #1 where the chromium part has been ripped off to make a shirt.

I don't think you will find many like that. :D

You better hang on to it, it sounds pretty rare.

so i was looking through the issue today, to see if this was an oversight on the cover...

it's not...pretty much all other shots of his feet have the toes going inwards...except on one panel where it looks like normal feet....

i'll take 20 copies!

Ditto!

Is the O.S. Card story at least any good? I know he's a pretty accomplished sci-fi writer, but my absolute refusal to buy a Marvel "Ultimate" comic keeps me from reading this.

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I'm definatley not one who embrases this Manga invasion stuff. So, personally, the Gundam influenced cover doesn't do it for me, and frankly I find it kind of annoying. Its definatley not a good cover.

But, I must give credit where credit is due. Despite hating the design, structure etc etc. The Color job is actually very well done.

house of m is basically picking up where avengers disassembled left off.

scarlet witch is nuts, magneto is trying to help her recover, and the avengers and x-men have met to try and figure out what to do with her. they go to track them down and all of a sudden this white light appears, and next thing you know, everyone's realities are different.

it's apparenly based on the way that each person wanted their lives to be like in their minds. ex. peter parker is married to gwen stacey and is the most famous person on the planet. by issue #3 wolverine realizes that something is amiss and tries to figure out why the world is all *SQUEE* up.

so far the house of m series is interesting, but all the tie in's could be left out, IMO. just another way to get more cash off you...

The problem I have with the story is that the way they started it sets the tone that it can all be a dream. In other words that it never happened. I don't think it is really going to have a long lasting effect on any of the characters.
