Round 1 was Harbinger Wars #1 1:50 super signed by like everybody plus a bunch of stuff

Round 2 was Harbinger and A&A golds signed by the authors and Fred Pierce. limited numbered and embossed by Bruce

Round 3 guess- 2 golds and a 1:50 mega signed and embossed certified

OK.....we don't quite have it yet so here is clue #3

! + 2 + 3 most often equals 6. However, in Valiant terms 1 + 2 + 3 equals only one ................

What would the fill in the blank be for this one

Yup.

I've had 3 Harbinger, 4 Rais, and now 2 Shadowmen pass through my oddly fortunate hands. In my collection I have 8 of the 9 Golds and the two VVSS editions. Of all of them, I only paid for two (XO and A&A,) way back when VEI was still new and I grabbed them for $18 a piece from some poor soul on Ebay.

Even stranger is that I was a fan of VH1 when it was being published and I never even saw a Gold in the wild back in those days. I mostly learned about them on the Board.

last year at Halloween I gave out a bunch of Valiant $1 debuts and told Valiant about it, posted some pictures, and sent an email and asked if it was gold worthy and if I could get a gold Shadowman because that was the one I was missing at the time. that's how I got mine.

I got a Quantum & Woody #1 gold for my Valiant Free View efforts last year. I don't remember specifically how I got the Shadowman. If it wasn't one of the bonus items for Round #1 or #2 for Amazon reviews, it may be one I traded another duplicate gold for with someone else. All of my golds have come to me through this site in one way or another.
