Dark Con print set questions

That lends some sanity to the whole thing at least. So, we have two types of sets:

1. Print sets given out or sold at the convention. Not numbered, might be signed if the convention goer bothered to get them. Given out in plastic sleeves.

2. Print sets signed and numbered and sold via an ad in CBG.
Sent to buyers in Manilla envelopes sealed with a gold star seal.

I was led to believe, by the person I bought my prints off of, that he got the prints at the Convention. He said that the 3-print unsigned sets were $10 each, & the 4-print signed set sold for $25. They all came in long plastic sleeves, with no COAs or sealed envelopes.

There was no mention of numbered or colored deluxe sets, or anything about the ad that was run in CBG.

This might be a good question for Bob Layton. With all the trouble that was involved, I'm sure he will remember these prints.---Steve

lol...except that i got mine from the con, 4 prints in a manilla envelope and unsigned.

i think we should classify the origin of these prints along with the other great unsolved mysteries of our time...like atlantis, bigfoot, the loch ness monster and the 2000 florida voting results.

this whole thread makes my head hurt...could these guys not find a more confusion way for their convention to run this program?
