Picked up the Hastings variant for $5.99 at a nearby Hastings store and with Bloodshot's help, I was able to get 4 other store variant covers. Now all I need is a Rai #1 Gold and I will have a complete set of all the Rai #1 covers.

Something tells me the Rai #1 Gold will not come easy.

Something tells me the Rai #1 Gold will not come easy.

NIIICE!

I'm not sure of all that needs to be done to get a Rai Gold (i'm still searching for Unity GOLD to complete my Unity #1 collection) but I think sacrificing your first born to the Valiant Gods is the first step towards getting a GOLD...

I am starting to think you may be right. I forgot about the Rai #1 Second Print edition, so I am further away than I thought.

These were pretty scarce for awhile but were just distributed at the Phoenix con.
You may see some pop up on eBay or on the boards before long!

Nope. All it takes is doing something unique and "Gold Book Worthy" which promotes VEI to the public to get that which you seek
