Anyone noticed you can't get this one Amazon? It was on shelves yesterday, but it's nowhere to be found on Amazon.

Yeah, but they usually have them available to preorder months in advance. Perfect Day has never shown up, while others (like Sect Civil War and Unity) are currently available to preorder.

Even with Amazon's terrible packaging when shipping one TP at a time, I usually preorder my comics through them to take advantage of giftcards I can get from my Credit Card points.

I also noticed that it hadn't shown up so I recruited some friends for a $50+ InStockTrades order and got it through them.

The Unity TP is also misfiled and is not listed as preorder status.

Thanks for posting this, I made a rare trip to the LCS and saw it on the shelf and wondered why I didn't have it yet (or have it ordered yet). So I came here to see if anyone knew what was up.

I looked around for alternatives to get it, but nothing I'm willing to pay the price for or go through the hassle for.

hmm I might have to buy a few and put them up for sale in the marketplace while there's no competition...

If you'd be willing to do $12 shipped I'd be interested, otherwise I'll go to the LCS and pick it up for $13.50, but I'm patient, so there's no rush.

Hope Amazon gets a listing for it soon, maybe the PTB (powers that be) need to know about it so they can inform Amazon they have it for them to sell.

Quick update: Posted on the VEI Facebook wall, hopefully someone sees it and either answers back or fixes the problem so the book is listed for sale on Amazon in the next few weeks.

I'd take that everytime! I'm referring to the one book in a super thin/barely padded envelope.

I'm a fan of their "one book in a giant box with no packing material along with a tube of lotion, and a pair of dumbbells" approach. I've sent many, many books back for damage due to horrible packaging. They literally have to be the most wasteful company on the planet. I'd never order from them again if I didn't recycle. I'm about to reduce my use of them greatly due to current changes in their policies.

Well, I buy mostly electronics and personal hygiene products from Amazon. We previously did not have to pay sales tax (as there is no physical Amazon presence in TN), but now we do because TN didn't like losing the tax revenue. As such, it is now no cheaper to purchase from a brick and mortar store as most electronics stores do price matching with Amazon, and the other supplies are about as cheap at Walmart.

They also plan on raising the price of Prime by $30-40 a year. Not to mention their "2-day" shipping keeps getting more "technically that is 2 days".

Quality of purchased items keeps dropping and other companies have better deals now.
