Nice now it has a bit more value as it's a published piece

I just wanted to add that while I thought it might be a commission, those aren't exactly signatures on the piece.

Nice score though. :thumb:

Pretty cool item, I would have went back in the store 3 months later and offered him $100. If this is an 'antique store', not sure if that's pawn shop, porn shop, or flea market, then chances are it's very unlikely it would sell. But if you're happy with it, that's all that matters.

You guys are doing amazing! I think this is a really fun Valiant score. May not be worth a ton, but fun nonetheless.

I prefer pages that white, in pristine condition with sharp corners, but when you're talking about one of a kind art - condition doesn't matter as much. Heck, my valiant pages are full of yellowing stats and are missing word balloons. It's not at all like graded comics.

Very cool that the published page was tracked down, congrats to cmixer! :thumb: That is a strong image, and in (my fav) the classic costume!

I would consider this a published promo or ad art piece, and as such 200.00 for a generic XO Sears published ad art piece in this size and condition is a reasonable price in todays market. I wouldn't expect it to net much higher to the seller on ebay or otherwise.

Somebody move this topic to the art section, we need a little life over there.
