Comic Heroes Magazine
Was just in my local supermarket (in the UK) and came across a great magazine called Comic Heroes. Are any of you American lot familiar with this mag? I've never seen it before, and had it not been £10 I would have bought it, because I really wanted to anyway... But I'm a poor student now so I can't afford luxuries like that anymore
There was some reasonably decent Valiant coverage in it, including the Valiant double page spread Unity variant cover on the very first inside page, and a four/five page lettered preview for Eternal Warrior 2 in the back in the 'upcoming' section which was nice to see. EW looks like a good comic too
Only bummer was that there was an interview with the new Shadowman artist in the mag, but the Shadowman art had been described as being from a comic called The Discipline (or something like that)
But yeah, just wondering if you guys know of it in the states, as it's printed in the UK. I know that doesn't actually make a difference, but it does seem to suggest it might be a UK only mag.

They have it in the US, Barnes and Nobles around my area stock it in the magazine section, in the comics area. I rarely buy it since it's pretty pricey.

I've heard of it. I've bought several times. It's a really good magazine. It come with a bunch of different comic swag from pins to postcards to even a green lantern ring. The articles and the reviews are pretty spot-on. I only have two issues and the reasons I don't pick it up anymore. 1. The price tag is about 20 dollars US. 2. Since it is a UK magazine we in the states usually get 3-4 months late which is a real bummer for me. It really bums me out that I don't get it anymore.

Re: Comic Heroes Magazine
I just don't understand why it's so expensive. It's really no more substantial than any other magazine out there, the page count is possibly a little higher than the norm, but although the content looks good I just can't bring myself to pay that much money for a simple magazineobijuan wrote:I've heard of it.
