Looking for thoughts on Unity Red PGX (I know) 9.9

So this auction is up on eBay for a Unity Red graded 9.9 by PGX.

Like most folks who slab books I generally stay away from PGX unless I can personally see the book and can purchase below market for a similar CGC slab. A friend of mine lives about 10 minutes from where this book is being sold and has offered to take a look at it for me to help judge the condition. He's a complete comic geek and I trust his opinion on the condition.

Assuming the book is a high grade book and not over graded by PGX what do you think a fair price for this book is, in this condition? I'll be honest I'm tempted to through a bid on this book if it's truly a high grade copy. I've seen three of four Unity Reds locally and none of them were 9.8 candidates. While, I'm willing to bid I'm not willing to pay a premium for a 9.9 since I'm not 100% sure about PGX. That being said I'm thinking about posting a bid equal to the price the CGC 9.8 sold for on eBay a couple days ago. That would be $76.00 plus shipping.

So, what does the community think?
