Thanks for that; not a Twitter user, and never going to be. Definitely good news. Hoping for Archer & Armstrong also.kjjohanson wrote:As per Dino:

Sweircynski's run isn't my favorite, but this is still going to be cool to have. A&A are my big want, though. That *SQUEE* will be sexy as *SQUEE*. Cannot wait for it to maybe happen!leonmallett wrote:Peter wrote:Great news, These deluxe editions will create a nice collection in time.

Re: Bloodshot is getting the deluxe treatment
It is horses for courses; loved the Swierczynski run pre-HW, it blew me away. The first issue took some working out but from #2 onward I was hooked. But then again, I actually read in catch up mode, so several issues in one sitting (I was behind on all my comics reading at the time).hunter_peterson wrote:Sweircynski's run isn't my favorite, but this is still going to be cool to have.leonmallett wrote:Peter wrote:Great news, These deluxe editions will create a nice collection in time.

Agreed. Of all the first-year-or-so deluxe collections, published or hypothetical, Archer & Armstrong is the one I want most.A&A are my big want, though. That *SQUEE* will be sexy as *SQUEE*. Cannot wait for it to maybe happen!

The most exciting thing about a possible A&A deluxe is that it would have the first three arcs and the zero, which would be a fantastic, satisfying collection that ends on an awesome cliffhanger. If we DO get one, I really hope we get second volumes of these, because they will be great! Such lovely.
And while I also enjoyed the pre-HW Bloodshot quite a bit, it did move fairly slowly. I'm sure it'll read better all at once. Now, if they do a Shadowman one, I will still likely be interested, but not as much. It had more uneven pacing problems than slow pacing, which makes it hard to judge how a collection would read.

Re: Bloodshot is getting the deluxe treatment
It would be interesting to see how a Shadowman Deluxe would be organized. I'd say #1-9, #0, #10-12 like the TPBs are organized. I suppose #0-12 would work OK, but then #10 would seem even more out of place.hunter_peterson wrote:leonmallett wrote:It is horses for courses; loved the Swierczynski run pre-HW, it blew me away.
