Isn't it sad that we, as comics fans feel this way? I remember wishing things like The Infinity Gauntlet saga, Avengers: Forever, and things like that would go on forever. Now I can't wait for events to be over with and I'm constantly anticipating which books on my pull-list will hurry up and start sucking or *SQUEE* me off so I can drop them already.

A bad time to be a comics fan. At least there's Valiant...

One of the greatest series I've read and that I don't want to end, ever. Love my Usagi world and characters.
And Jei is one of the scariest mothas in comics, right? :)

After finishing the 47 Ronin mini, Sakai is currently working on a 6-issue Usagi mini entitled Senso: The War of the Worlds, a story set in in Usagi's future, featuring a grown-up Jotaro (and featuring a Martian invasion hence the title! Sounds wicked crazy  )

After the mini, the regular Usagi title will pick back up. However, the release of the mini may take a bit longer. Sakai's wife, Sharon, is currently suffering from a serious medical condition and much of his time is spent around caring for her. My prayers and wishes go out to both him and his wife for her continued recovery.

Just read the preview of Unity today in the back of my issues, and OMG. This book looks fricking amazing. I can't believe how good Braithwaite's pencils are. He has always been one of my favorite pencillers, but he definitely surpassed almost everything I've seen from him thus far (except his JiM...That is my gold standard for him). November cannot get her fast enough.

Anyone else getting to their limit here with these Valiant books?
since it looks like it's a financial issue, have you thought about getting them somewhere for less? We offer 20% off all comics to valiantfans members with our online pull service, there are other companies who offer even more discounts (but i don't think have the same individual service, nor are they members of this site). That could be a good way to continue reading. 20% off means you can read 20% more for the same price. One in 5 titles is free.
ahh, if only you were in Australia. The cost of comics is pretty steep here (but I still pay it) - $6.50 per issue.

Wow! I would strongly consider trades or digital if I was paying that...

I'm not dropping any Valiant books yet, nor do I plan on doing so. I would either drop other publishers comics or lay off variants first. I have already scaled back a bit on variants, just being more picky about 1:20's and rarely getting 1:50's. I've long since dropped Marvel & DC (except Suicide Squad), and would have a tough time dropping much else though.

Other company's titles will drop from my reading list before i start dropping Valiant. That's just the way I'm gonna roll.
Ditto; I am using it to compel myself to weigh up how much I am enjoying the Marvel and (now very few) DC books I read.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

I'm going to cut Q+W, I didn't love it the first time around and the new one isn't even as good as the old one......
