Wonder-con
Well it's almost summer (here in Cali it feels like it already)
and Wonder-con is a nice starter convention to the big one in San Diego.
is anyone going besids me?
I will have a full Valiant report on sunday what I saw what was selling and the prices I see. Will Valiant make a presence in a BIG show there will be about 10,000 people in San Fransisco for this three day event so it will be interesting to see if Overstreet or wizard will bring out issues.
There isn't going to be a large number of past Valiant artists there but the few that are might have a few fun storys.

I'll be interested in seeing that report. It should let me know what to expect in Kansas City next month. Unless Boda already cleaned out the state

Perhaps I'm a little too obsessive...
But I couldn't handle a con of that size. I'd be determined to look in EVERY SINGLE LONGBOX for any possible comic.
If the con were bigger, my brain would be willing to accept defeat. However, at that size, I'd be waking up with a crick in my neck for weeks.
In fact, at Wizard World Chicago, I'm handing out walkie talkies and checklists to the trio that will be attending with me. I won't check them all, but by god, we'll have one hell of a shot at completing all the pieces of my collections that I lost. I'll even have four chances to get one of the new Con Exclusive She-Ra figures - I hope.

speaking of searching thru every long box...am i the only one who gets itchy eyes? i think that little bits of dust fluff up when you move the books one at a time and then after 3 or 9 hours your eyes get tired....maybe it's because i refuse to blink while i'm searching for fear of passing that lone vvss
