Not familiar with his work but the pages look good and fit the style of the book thus far.

Also love the covers. Clayton Crain is not who I would imagine as a cover artist for this book, but that cover is sweeeet.

My cousin was at the convention today and he relayed that the Unity Preview Book "didn't come together" and was MIA :(
Maybe it'll appear at NYCC?

I think those pages are Fowlers because it says issue #4 pages

The only art from Ming that I see is that cover ... which is not my favorite

I did do a search on Ming Doyle and its a She ... and I saw some pretty good art from her in my search.

But not quite as good as Fowler ... who I think is amazing on this book.

And as always the Crain cover is :cloud9:

Ms. Doyle doesn't seem bad. I will miss Mr. Fowler, but what I love about Valiant is they take talented folks whom aren't huge names (i.e. Jim Lee, Jeph Loeb, etc.) And they let them run loose! And Magic happens everytime.

Yep, bit of a bummer there...hopefully it surfaces at NYC.

Aw man, I've been really really enjoying the physical nature of Fowler's art, and especially the great facial expressions and body poses he draws.

I really hope Doyle continues getting those two things in the book, because that's what's really making the book for me, even more so than the plot itself. Seeing all the characters' facial reactions and expressions is priceless in this comic so far and I just know I won't enjoy it as much as I am now if they lose that.

Lee Garbett was initially solicited as the artist of issue #5.
I wonder if he is working on something else.
