It could still be an energy sword once coloured, with some Photoshop effects. I think thats the intent, based on the lack of any interior detail in the drawing of the sword - there just isn't any of the 'lightning' effect in the drawing, as we've become used to seeing in all the new art to date.jmatt wrote:Hmm, not the electro sword....![]()

Thanks! Looks pretty cool. Are they going to be "premium" variants? Or non-premium like the Pullbox variants? The article doesn't really say.jaden_sai wrote:http://valiantuniverse.com/2013/06/18/v ... re-series/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Heath wrote:What's the "signature series?"
I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

YOU RAT!! YOU DIRTY DIRTY RAT YOU!!! j/k (sorta
) lol. I had no idea Jim was there until Sunday (the con is kinda big). I went there Sunday and dropped off a x-o sketch book to do for me. I was flipping through his stuff looking for Valiant. We were laughing about the last time I met him at the con and bought some of his stuff (hint it was a while ago!). He is a really nice guy and a terrific artist, of course you will always have my envy for that cover!!

Anyone know if there's to be one of these for Q&W?
