key Valiants at Mile High Comics=Mile High prices
I see Mile High just got a bunch of decent Valiants in stock, but the prices are astronomical. Need a Solar #1? How about $30.00 for a NM copy? Magnus #64? $30.00. Solar #60? $25.00. Eternal Warrior #50? $20. There's others, but you get the idea.

I've always loved the mentality of 'salesmanship', whereby a merchant takes their merchandise, raises the price significantly, then offers a 'various percentage off' sale as if that's some type of 'deal'.
And some dealers get SOOO offended when you point out that 30%. 40%, 50% off a $5 book priced at $50 ain't all that great a deal.
I just had that with a store I went to, got about $200 worth of stuff (marked, actual market value about $40), seller wanted to give me a 'flat 40% discount'...I put most of it back, and seller got *SQUEE*. I ended up spending about $40 on books I didn't *really* want (like $5 for Vengeance of Bane #1, and Hulk #27), just so the seller wouldn't think I wasted ALL his time (when, in reality, he wasted MINE.) This seller marks EVERY SINGLE back issue at $4.95. DP7 #32? You got it...$5 for a 25 cent book. Ah well.
