My Valiant story
Hi everyone my name is Ryan and I have been a valiant fan since 1999.I have been a member for a few months finally geting a chance to introduce myself. But before I start don't bash my poor grammar and punctuation it's not my fault the public school system faild me
. I first started collecting valiant in my early teens, mostly from dollar store grab bags.the story of solar always intrigued me . It wasn't until my early 20s when I learned a fair amount about supressed knowledge and quantum physics. That I figured out that comics held more truth then some of the books we were forced to read in school.I'll stop myself there before I start to ramble about
stuff. I'm sure there's somewhere on this site to discuss that.
When I was 17 I stop collecting comics and started drinking lol.last summer I decided to clean out my stuff from my moms basement and sell my entire comic collection except my valiants and wolverine to a lcs. While at the comic shop I noticed the new valiant titles this sparked my interest in the old books. I've spent the last year hunting down all the valiant and acclaim books I can afford I'm near 40 books combined to complete both runs I've also picked up some cards and memorabilia along the way. I've mostly used eBay probably been in many biding wars with fellow members. I live in Canada so shipping Hsiang hurts.I've stumbled across a couple local epic deals. I have about 8 long boxes of valiant. On thing I've discovered is my GF doesnt like multiple boxes of comics lol.
Something that really surprises me is y there was never a Rai / bloodshot video game or movie. It such a awesome starting point ti build a franchise

I guess... Stinking Canadian. You guys must breed like rabbits. So many of you.

As far as where to post off topic discussions. That's what every thread is for, isn't it? At least that's how I roll. I'm usually surprised if I post on-topic.

Why spend it responsibly? Our government will just print more.

Most likely. However, considering one of the Boston bombers had a license plate that read "Terrorista #1" and had already been investigated for being a possible terrorist threat, you should be safe.V8drifter wrote:
