Well, I'm back in on one of the Magnus 11s. Hopefully I get one this time!

Breathe easy. I'm sure you'll pick up one of the 3 on the auction block. Consider yourself lucky that you'll be getting it at a much, much cheaper price than some of us have paid. You should consider the Magnus 13, too. That is supposedly the seller's last copy and it may be a while before you see it available again.

The wife put a ding in my collecting budget since she wants a trip to Napa before we leave California. I was checking out hotels and said, "Wow I could buy 5-8 slabs I need for this price!". The wife just looked at me, and then I booked the hotel.

You're picking a great time to go for these 2 issues. They were the last 2 I needed for a long time. I had to get 11 from a seller on this site. You'll end up paying far less than most for the Magnus 11. The seller has just simply flooded the market. Personally, I would have spaced them out over time. As for Magnus 13, I think you'll still have to pay a decent price, but it will be no where close to what I paid recently. Then again, you may have to deal with the buyer who threw up a last minute bid of $250 on me, too. That still *SQUEE* me off. Good luck!

Looks like I'll get the Magnus 11, but the bidding for the Magnus 13 went sky high again. I suppose I'll be willing to pay those prices when that book is one of the few pre-unities I need, but for now I can buy multiple books I need for the price of a 13.
