Oh, I realize it's a great price. I'm just not a big CGC guy or a very good completionist, so I wouldn't personally spend this kind of money on this. There is definitely a market for it.

I just can't justify paying that kind of money for a comic book. I'm sure others would balk at the amount I spend on eating out at restaurants and for season tickets to NBA games. Just different luxuries I prefer.
