Need Photoshop help for a binding project

I have no Photoshop skills at all. I was wondering if anyone could take the Quantum and Woody logo below and turned it into a black and white image, vector if at all possible. I'm wanting to turn it into a cover die.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help out.

I can make it better, I just realized the brightness on my screen was down so I couldnt see that the black was still light. and there's a bit of a defect on the M. Ill fix & reup tonight.

I appreciate the extra work. Is it possible to also upload the Quantum and Woody CBR you made for extras???

I think this is better but for some reason my laptop's not revealing what I saw on my work computer so check it out and let me know. Yea, Ill get em up this weekend. Do you want the Diamond Previews Remasters as well or do you have those?
