Releasing in mid-April, Harbinger Wars: Battle for Las Vegas is developed by Storm City Games.

Play as either Bloodshot or Pete. Yay! Initial downloads free but further levels will be in-app purchases. I'm so getting this for my son. (and maybe me )

1. The graphics are supposed to be horrible. They are Homages to the old 8 bit NES video games.

2. They won't be sued by Nintendo or Konami because they aren't actually making Donkey Kong, Contra, and Metroid. The characters are different enough so that they can't sue them. Besides, who is to say that they didn't get permission before producing these games?

3. These look awesome! I sure hope these will be available on the Amazon App store so I can play them on my 8.9" Kindle Fire HD!

Wow. Simply wow. This is a magnificent viral marketing idea. Dinesh and co, if you are reading this I take my hat off to you. I was already a fan of the Valiant comics but this has completely convinced me that the company itself is something special.

So who wishes the games were actually the ones in the homages covers? I'd much rather play those games than the one shown.
