The Comic Book Page podcast does a monthly episode where they invite people to record clips with their recommendations from the Previews Catalog.

A few days before that, I was talking with some folks on Skype and looking through Previews (hosted by the Comic Book Page), and Dave Beatty was on the call. We talked a bit about Grifter, and I told him that if he recorded a clip about Grifter #10 and sent it in to CBP for the previews episode, I'd order the book.

He did. I did.

We decided not to review Ravagers #0 this month because it basically just covered the origin of Beast Boy and Terra and had no Wildstorm character appearances.

It sucks how badly the Wildstorm characters have been treated by DC. Especially Team 7 and Stormwatch. Here's hoping that Starlin pumps some new blood into that series!
