Or maybe too soon.

The print runs have been tiny (5000-4000). I picked up a couple issue #7s yesterday when they were still on the shelf.

Yeah, probably too soon. It will depend on if that show ever gets made or not. Sales on the book are not very good. It's planned only for 25 issues, but if it is only selling 5,000 copies or less, it may not make it. The trade sold about 1200 which is ok, but likely not enough to keep it afloat. What may happen is that sales may pick up on the singles if more people try out the trade over the next few months. If that happens, we are looking at a new Walking Dead situtation, but lacking the mass appeal that a story like TWD tells.

I got rid of my #2s last week.

However, I do recommend picking up the first trade. While I thought it was just ok as singles, it was really good as a trade.

How is "Bedlam #1" from Image doing these days? A girl at the shop was talking about how a customer was raving about a variant he resold from the shop for high. I think it was a Con variant. But the regular issues are pretty easy to get. Or stockpile.

I see a few sellers with it available on eBay for around cover. One has 29 copies available. I would never brag to a retailer about how much I made on one of their comics. No percentage in doing that.

Bedlam is HOT right now and has lots of buzz surrounding it issue number 2 comes out on Wednesday and it also has a phantom variant as well. Bedlam has 198 pages on collectors society. I for one like this twisted book and concept.

As far as flipping, don't bother right now with the regular #1. There are alot of them out there.

I flipped a Third World variant for $28 plus shipping after paying maybe $12 for it, but even that variant hasn't been too steady.

I currently have four of the reg #1 issues that are not selling. I sold one of my Third Eye variants in an auction with a #1 reg issue two weeks ago for $34 shipped. Put up a new auction for the same thing and it did not sell.

Interesting. There was this post up on Speculator Corner/Bleeding Cool about the possible tie in. I'm not up enough on Spider-Man to know if this really tie into the current story or not.

I can't find a single copy of All-New Batman: The Brave and the Bold #13 on eBay (active or completed), Mile High Comics, Mycomicshop.com or Atomic Avenue.

This is the issue with the six Robins (Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, Jason Todd, Damian Wayne, Carrie Kelly (from Dark Knight Returns), Stephanie Brown) team up to save Batman from Ra's al Ghul. This was an all ages book, but it's still more-than-likely the last appearance of Stephanie Brown as Robin. One of the best single issues I've read lately also.

Don't think I'd say it's heating up per se, but it may be one to watch.

The next one was a holiday issue with Ragman. The Aquaman / Demon issue was #32 of the first Batman: Brave and Bold series.

I hope that there is never an Iron Man book at that ratio.
