I just wanted to let the Valiant loyal know that Cultural Wormhole has added a Valiant focused podcast to our family of shows. It's called Valiant Future and we will be focusing on the current Valiant books and beyond. This is done from the perspective of two comic fans that are new to Valiant comics, but are super-excited about getting on board of a new universe at the very beginning!

The folks over at Only the Valiant have been doing an awesome job for a few years and we hope that some of you can find room for a second podcast that sings the praises of Valiant! Episode 1 is now available!

Until OTV puts out 5 podcasts per week, I'll have time for yours. :thumb:

I've listened to most of the first episode this morning... definitely enjoyable!

I will be adding this to my BeyondPod feeds. And... just realizing how odd it is that there is an Android App for podcasts with Pod in it's name. Apple really should focus their litigation to defend the iPod brand instead of suing Samsung for making a rectangular phone. They are precipitously close to losing their trademark there.

Thanks for the warm welcome, folks! Hopefully, you'll be able to forgive any ignorance on our part when it comes to V1 and V2 history. Like I mentioned, we're coming into this thrilled to be on the ground floor of such a rich universe.

I think it's a more valuable perspective for Valiant to have than a bunch of us old Valiant hacks.

Great job on the first episode.

We just did our Valiant-centric episode on No Apologies 107. I gave OTV a shout-out, but we'll definitely mention yours on 108.

Good luck :thumb:

Just a quick note after listening to the first episode...

Like you, I always thought that "Ninjak" was a pretty dumb name.
Then it was pointed out that Ninjak is a combination of Ninja and Union Jack.

Still kinda silly, but not as much as when I didn't know that. :D

Awesome, thank you!

If we ever get to recording a regular episode again, I'll have to return the favor.

So much has been going on, it seems like there is too much stuff to catch up on!

What do you mean? No more podcasts for near future?
This is my favourite comics 'cast nowadays- it's a shame if you're folding it.
I hope I just misread your words, anyway.

I think Sean said the next episode drops on Sunday. This is the interview we have been teasing.

We are going to record one probably late next week to drop in two weekends. Sean is just saying his life has been hectic.

Thanks for the clear up. I'll patiently wait for tomorrow's episode, then. 8-)
