Eightteen years in the making.....
18 years ago (give or take a few months) Bob Hall and Tom Ryder were signing at my LCS. That same day my sister-in-law gave birth to hir first, a son. So on my way to the hospital I stopped by to say hi th Bob and Tom and get a quick sig or two. The owner new what was up so he let me cut in line. Bob asked what was up and when I told him where I was going he reaches into a box on the floor and pulls out a Shadowman #0 Gold, both he and Tom sign and remark it as a gift to my nefew. Cool! Right?!
Fast foward to this afternoon. My nefew, now a student at Kutztown University, calls me...."Uncle Frank guess what I just bought..."
Yep. Shadowman #1. Kid doesnt read comics. Was there with a friend from school and saw it and had to buy it.
As he hangs up he says to me "Why didnt you tell me these were so cool??"

You should give him a few copies of Archer and Armstrong (maybe like 300 copies).
