I went away & missed out on getting the book when I came back. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone have an extra copy for sale?
What would I do with a Million $, besides 2 chicks at the same time? Nothing. Absolutely nothing!

eBay has a few up for between $20 to $30, but they are not easy to find with the zircher/design cover issues.
