Paradise, I made it down to your shop in Pasadena over the weekend. Opened a pullbox for all the Valiant titles, although only XO appeared on your online system. My first pullbox since 1995! Added a few non-valiant's as well and will probably add a few more.

Can you get me a FCBD Valiant book and drop it in my box? I don't think I will make it down there for FCBD. Thanks again!!

Thanks for setting up your sub. You will be taken care of. When harbinger shows up in subs this month, it will be added to your pulls, as a clone of X-O subs. We assume if you sign up for XO you will want to try other Valiants. We'll have a ton of FCBD books so it wont be a problem.

Karl, yes, I will be offering it first to the people who did the original deal, give them 48 hours to reply and then offer it to public. There will be only 40 sets, again, so I expect it to go quickly. I just gotta find an hour or two to work out the deal and make the post. Maybe tonight, hopefully.

We'll have X-O #2 available, but we won't be doing package deals on it. I can't risk that much money on every issue.

The math is that to get 40 sets I have to buy 2,000 copies which is roughly $4,000 cost. Everything is based on that cost, and balancing wanting to help out members here vs the need to run a BUSINESS, which requires making profit, specially on huge outlays of funds like this one. The X-O #1 deal worked out to the point where I covered my cost, but won't make much money. Yes, I will sell a good amount of copies of regular XO #1 but not enough to make it "profitable". I can chuck that one to the fact that I am helping relaunch my favorite character of ALL TIME but repeating that is not an option. The Harbinger deal will be structured the same way as the XO deal (set of 4 covers + 10 pack of regular books + shipping) but it will be priced slightly higher and there will be only one shipping option, Priority Mail.

I should have the email out to the people who participated in the first offer later tonight, and in 48 hours to the rest of the members.
