Try looking for the (Busiek-Perez) Avengers Assemble vol. 2 hardcover; bought a copy recently (certainly not mint!) and those things do not go cheaply.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

Tomb of Dracula Omnibus - High sale $200.00 Low sale $175.00 (for Vol 1,2&3)
I have the first (variant cover) and the second. I saw the variant sell for $125, but also sell for much less. I guess it's just right timing.

Squadron Supreme 1st print TPB with Mark Gruenwald's ashes fixed in ink sold for $612. I'm pretty sure that's a record. There was some article from Bleeding Cool and a TV special about it.
I remember when these first came out, everyone wanted one and they were a hot book back then. I have the tpb, but I don't think it's the one with his ashes. I'll have to check again.

1st Inhumans
1st Watcher
1st Galactus
1st Silver Surfer
1st Blastaar
1st Black Panther
1st Attuma
1st Dragon Man
1st Kree
