Looking at the silhouette, I think it's Abraham.
Kirkman said more teasers tomorrow.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
A thread is needed for sure.
I have not read #93 yet, but #92 sure got me excited for what it coming.
as for your comment, they have been setting up a Abe vs Rick showdown....

Re: Walking Dead Thread
I know it's Rick's story. In the past, I never would've wanted otherwise. Now though, I'd kind of like to see someone else as the center of attention. The focus on Rick is monotonous lately.

Finally read the first TPB and it is ok - not the best - not the worst - I liked it. Not sure if I'll buy anymore.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
Something has got to change. It's getting a bit boring. Maybe I should just let some singles pile up before I read again.

I've read up to #92 and my interest is totally there. But I'm not reading this monthly, I just read 1-48 and 80-92 in the last little bit. It was outstanding all the way.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
Moore is suing Kirkman over money. I figured that would happen at some point.

I read that, too. Looks like Moore has a case of sour grapes. He signed his rights away for Tha Walking Dead back in 2005. Right or wrong it was his choice.400yrs wrote:Moore is suing Kirkman over money. I figured that would happen at some point.

Ok - when I saw Moore I thought Alan Moore - he is the one that sues everyone.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
I got so behind on this series. Walking Dead Weekly helped out big time, but still behind. Season 2 Part 2 of the show begins this Sunday though. Yes, I know there are MAJOR differences between it and the comic.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
Read some online spoilers about the second half of season two. IF they're true, by the end of this season the only comparison you can make between the show and the comics will be the zombies.

Re: Walking Dead Thread
Seems to have been heading that way since the end of Season One. The biggest thing that grabbed me with Season two thus far was the fact that Otis was killed. Well, killed when he was killed and how. Obviously some serious differences in the show from the comic. Either way, they are both great. Zombies in the mainstream is awesome. Glad someone with much respect for George Romero was able to pull it off instead of someone like Zack Snyder. Robert Kirkman is awesome.jedimarley wrote:Read some online spoilers about the second half of season two. Re: Walking Dead Thread
Kirkman on the lawsuit...
“The lawsuit is ridiculous, we each had legal representation seven years ago and now he is violating the same contract he initiated and approved and he wants to misrepresent the fees he was paid and continues to be paid for the work he was hired to do. Tony regularly receives payment for the work he did as penciler, inker and for gray tones on the first six issues of The Walking Dead comic series and he receives royalties for the TV show, to assert otherwise is simply incorrect.”
