I lost interest due to the liberal slant which grows heavier throughout the book. I dropped it when there was only 5-10 issues left. I kind of would like to read the end...... Maybe from a library one day or something.

That may have been why I dropped it. Honestly can't remember though

True. At first, it felt like a bit of an adventure / character story which I liked. Then, it just got too pushy.

I'm very much looking forward to Saga from BKV though.

Just bought Raven Chronicles 1-7, Eternity Smith 1 and Ms Tree 1 from mycomicshop via the Bay. Cost was 1.10 ea on the Raven Chronicles issues, the same on Eternity Smith 1, and 1.90 on the Ms. Tree.
I've been wanting to check out The Raven Chronicles for some time, and, though I read the first few Ms. Tree's when they came out, I'm not sure if I want to pursue reading them or not. So, I just picked up the first issue on that title. For the same reason, I bought Eternity Smith 1 from Renegade, circa 1986.

I honestly liked Ex Machina (even with the politics) until the last issue. The last issue wrapped the storyline up so poorly, that I don't want anything to do with that book again. I can't get into specifics because of spoilers, but I am still mad about the ending.
Pull List: I only buy TPB's, HC's and Hellboy comics

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on some Renegade books from the mid eighties. They're about a third of what current comics would cost me, and there's a good chance I'll enjoy them more than most current books.

Excellent, excellent series. Well written and Bagley captures the characters expressions and individualism nicely. THE BEST Ultimate U series and probably the best Spiderman series IMO, in the last 10-15 years.

Been staying away a bit as I've missed a week or so of comics and didn't wanna hit any spoilers. This weeks slightly larger haul of monthlies:

Fatale #1 - Looks cool, but why is Brubaker now releasing via Image not Icon?
Swamp Thing #5
Suicide Squad #5 - I've really enjoyed this series up to now, despite it not being one of the BIG new 52.
Action Comics #5
Animal Man #5
Invincible #87 - Honestly can't wait to read this, I've opened the cover and seen Dynosaurus (awesome!)
Batwoman #5 - Opened this one too and the art still stuns me.
Demon Knights #5 - Possibly the last issue I buy of this.
JLI #5 - Seems like the end of the opening arc, it's been fun so looking forward to this one too.

I purchased PIs Michael Mauser and Ms Tree 1-3, which is the complete series, from First Comics, circa 1985. This series predated the Ms Tree series I'm working on, and I wanted to check it out. I also picked up Ms Tree 2 and 3.

Been on a bit of an eBay roll:

Booster Gold v1 complete run 50p an issue.
Flash #146 £2.
Flash #183 & #208 £1 each.

Sadly lost out a bid on a Flash #109 though, £60 was higher than I wanted to go and would have shot WAY past the most I've ever spent on a single issue (which is probably only about £5).
