Doctor Spektor Concept Covers

This link was posted at the Dark-Key board earlier. Thanks to board member Worldstar over there for pointing this out.
I wanted to see if anyone had an opinion on them as far as the possibility they were done for the current Dark Horse line, so I'm posting this link here.
Check out the second row of listings to see the Doctor Spector concept covers the artist, David Michael Beck, did. Any thoughts?

Just my two cents, but it would have been amazing. DMB does great work. The series concept was very solid and I was really looking forward to it.
