This particular tune was composed and performed all by me The intro and outtro of the song are actually a differently-tuned homage to a couple riffs on the original OTV song, written by Sean, if i'm not mistaken?
The music Knightt is referring to is my semi-professional musical outing called "A Dark Halo" which was a full group
I've been meaning to check them out. I've got 6 or 7 OTV podcasts left to listen to then I shall dive into CGS. Any episode recommendations in that first 150?
I think you would be far better off just listening to this week's CGS, and continuing from there.
Podcasting isn't much like comics, past episodes aren't that relevant. It is more like radio, where what happens today matters, and what happened yesterday is irrelevant.

Epi 20 is about Saturday morning cartoons, and #98 is all about VALIANT (although they get SOOO much wrong...)
*S*
OH, and look for the Stan Lee interview episode, it is well worth it!!! (In that list of 150 somewhere)

isn't that multi-named fellow one of the few with VEI scoops?
Until the mysterious new activity solidifies into mysterious new books, or at least, mysterious new solicitations, we probably won't have much to say, since well, there isn't much to say.
Granted, I haven't quite finished catching up on the already produced podcasts, but I have not heard any discussion (or even mention) of several issues/titles. How about an in-depth breakdown of The Outcast? Or Punx? Destroyer 0 is crying out for a closer look. You could just read Valiant Voice issues for an hour. Get an optometrist to come on and explain how Valiant Vision causes blindness. A show focusing on all of the Yearbooks, with a history of Annuals throughout comics. And I realize the podcast is Only the VALIANT, not Only the Acclaiment (Only the Acclaimers? Only the Acclaimed? That one kind of works), but how about some attention paid to their *SQUEE*, I mean re-imaginings, of the Valiant heroes? I could go on. Now that you've got a sort-of release...uh, year, you guys can ramp the podcast back up and help reinvigorate your listeners' (all 12 of us) excitement and interest in Valiant!
I am waiting for the long podcasts again... 45 minutes isn't enough. Double that is about right for my tastes, and I don't care if it's a bunch of *SQUEE* cos I like *SQUEE*. Otherwise, I'd never have stayed on for the 1st 150 episodes of CGS. *LOL*
I think my favorite time length is around the 1 hour mark, that seems to keep anything from feeling rushed but also doesn't feel like I'm listening to too much rambling (or singing ). Though, honestly, I'll keep listening at any length... they're superstars! They can do no wrong.

I have to admit that his "leave" was kind of funny... it seemed that he just kept trying to push some "point" and when everyone else started laughing he was just gone. I'm usually a fan of AFKAZ (minus singing), but this episode he just seemed agitated or something. Honestly, I enjoyed the episode more after his leave.
Either way, it was a very strong episode. I haven't read the Visitor yet, but this episode makes me want to. It really does sound like Ack-Lame was trying to (at least sort of) recapture some of the magic that original Valiant had.
