I heartily encourage anyone and everyone to avoid business with the seller in this auction. There's a reason this chump is banned from VF.com.

I am still a bit amazed at the 'gotta get all the FCBD books' but on the other hand with LCS owners limiting number of FREE books and all, they cancel each other out. My LCS rat-dump here had FCBD books from last year that were on the table as well and still limited it to 2 books or a book and a heroclix.

Anyone know how far back it started with the limits on FCBD books ?

Anyone able to go up and score one of each FCBD issue from their LCS ?

I went to 2 LCS on Sat.

#1: 4 FCBD issues (Marvel/DC ones) in bag already and pick 2 more from non-FCBD overstock from about 10 different ones.

#2: Limit of 3 FCBD issues

The Hastings store in my town participates every year.
They had a limit of 10 that you could get.

My guy must be an anomaly. He had stacks and stacks - gave us whatever. We got there after soccer - me and two kids - and grabbed a bunch of stuff.

He's amazing.

Swung by the store today. He had three still on the table for free. If you want/need still, let me know. First three, I'll send for exact ship cost.

I was in the 'rillo today and stopped by the big Hastings to ask if they had any leftover for y'all. The lady told me that they donated all the leftovers to local schools and that there were no leftover Overstreet books.

Real cool of you. I might have a lead already. If that guy does not find one and you still have one left in a few days I'll be most grateful to take you up on it.

Thanks for looking for us and nice to see that your shop made the leftovers come to good use.

I have found a digital version of this FCBD book... not the same thing, I know but glad to finally be able to read it.

Most appreciative for this thread—I totally missed the book last weekend. Fortunately, my LCS still had a copy left yesterday when I stopped in fro NCD.
