Why was Screen's name changed?

According to the art page for the Valiant Rookies: Screen card, this wasn't the original name for him but instead it was Force.

Any ideas of why the name might have been changed? Besides not liking the name Force.

I am not sure but that is some awesome card art!
I think I remember it on eBay years ago.

Probably just a case of someone like Massarsky or Layton not liking the name and then changing it. There are other times where they've changed names for characters as well.

True. A lot of the Shooter originated stuff was altered after his ouster. Rising Spirit became Bloodshot, Psi-Borgs became Hard Corps. I think there might be another couple but that's if off the top o' my head.
