My enthusiasm is waning for this company, because they can't seem to get their "freebie" items to me that they have promised, even though they seem to have no problems getting them to others. Yeah, I know they're free, but I don't like being offered something and then either never getting it or only getting it after I have to post a reminder on a message board.Chiclo wrote: My enthusiasm for this line waned considerably when I read Wulf 1.
Oh well, like I've stated many times, I'm not looking to buy any new books, anyway.

I don't have mine either, and I agree with your sentiments regarding that.Brother J wrote:My enthusiasm is waning for this company, because they can't seem to get their "freebie" items to me that they have promised, even though they seem to have no problems getting them to others. In my case, it wasn't just the Atlas Sampler. They were sending "care packages" out to fans on the comicspriceguide.com message board. I ordered and paid for the New York Comic Con variants, but they sent no free items with them, and only later sent a couple T-shirts after I mentioned it on that board. Others had received free books and other things, and unfortunately, I'm not really one who is into comic book related shirts. I give them credit for sending the shirts later, even if I was disappointed.StarBrand wrote:I don't have mine either, and I agree with your sentiments regarding that.Brother J wrote:My enthusiasm is waning for this company, because they can't seem to get their "freebie" items to me that they have promised, even though they seem to have no problems getting them to others. Yeah, I know it's a minor thing, and if something's free I should just be grateful if I get it and I'm not out anything if I don't, so don't ream my *SQUEE* out if you think I'm complaining about nothing.

Jason Goodman has deputized me to post his apology (there was a mix-up between him and Rich Emms as to who was sending the Sampler's out) and wanted me to let everyone know that they will be mailed within the week. Also, as recompense for the delay, anyone on the sampler list can have their choice of a #1 as a bonus by contacting Jason directly @ jason@nemesisgroupinc.com subject: sampler bonus... Jason thanked me for the heads up I gave him on people not yet getting their Sampler's – as he truly had no idea!
As for retailers selling their advance copies – he was not sure there was anything he could do about that, but he certainly hoped that the retailers would have the courtesy to order books to promote and sell in their shops!
P.S. If anyone wants their sampler signed, they can mention it in the email.

Brother J, if you mention to Jason the problems you had with your orders or care package(s). I'm sure he'll make good on it. He really appreciates everyone's support and enthusiasm!

That is for retailers who ordered 25 copies of each #1 issue, they could get a piece of the 3 piece Grim Ghost statue coming out.BruceReville wrote:Got my sampler and my order in today - I will be staying aboard at least until the advertised crossover event in August.
My question is "What The Heck" is a statue variant advertised for Grim Ghost for GG & P #2?![]()
BTW I was sent an INSANE care package from Jason Goodman. I ordered a few books and Jason was kind enough to pack a large flat rate box to the gills with Atlas stuff. I received t-shirts, posters, every comic, signed comics, some old Atlas-Seaboard comics, another Atlas Saler and a few rare variant purple covers as well.
An awesome day for some Atlas Goodness.
